Choose Change

If you’re not getting results with your fitness program, CHANGE IT. A few years ago Dr. David Posen wrote a book entitled, Always Change a Losing Game. Whether it’s fitness, diet, scheduling — life in general — don’t feel stuck. Use your intention to CHANGE what’s not working. Visualize the result you want; see yourself getting there and being there. Do this often. And don’t be afraid to try something different.
